My love for weddings and events started at an early age.  My first job was at a bridal store!  I was 16 years old and selling wedding gowns, assisting with alterations, and fitting the guys for tuxes and the gals for another infamous bridesmaid dress!  I loved it and knew I wanted to work with brides forever.  I went on to get my degree in interior design.  Using that, I did work in model homes, staging, and for a high-end design/retail firm.  In addition, I spent 13 years in a corporate job that provided even more event planning, customer service, and attention-to-detail experience.  During that time, I did the wedding planning at our church and for friends, and eventually started my first wedding planning business, Designs Unveiled.  I have a passion for personalizing every event.  I enjoy searching out the little ways we can bring YOU into every corner of the day.  My enthusiasm for your day is genuine...you will know that at our first meeing!  I am honored that you want me to help bring your vision to reality.  I enjoy handling the details, keeping everything organized and on-track, and maintaining a sense of joy and calm through it all.  As all event planners know, the process can (and should) be FUN and I want you to enjoy every moment of it!  Decide what level of involvement you would like me to have and let Joyfully Yours handle the stress!
